Or how to avoid an existential crisis.

One of the things that triggers my anxiety is that I start to have an existential crisis when think about all the words I'll never get to read or write, the music I'll never get to hear, the cultures and landscapes I won't experience, the food I won't taste or the art I won't see or paint.

So to help combat that I've made a resilient move this week to do a painting class and this is what happened.
